Payment Policy

We accept multiple secure payment methods, including:

• Credit and debit cards
• UPI and online payment methods
• Digital wallets
• Net banking and other available payment options
• Cash on Delivery (COD), where available

All available payment options and applicable charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

For eligible Cash on Delivery orders, a COD handling charge of ₹200 may apply. This charge is non-refundable, including in cases where the customer refuses or does not accept the delivery.

The applicable COD charge will be displayed during checkout before you place your order.

An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed or, in the case of COD, once the order has been successfully placed and accepted by our system.

Once an order has been processed for dispatch, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

If a refund is approved in accordance with our applicable refund and return terms, the refundable amount may be adjusted for applicable shipping, handling, or other charges already incurred in processing or dispatching the order.

Refunds will be processed using the applicable payment method or refund mechanism, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.

We use trusted and secure payment processing services to help protect your payment information. Payment transactions are processed through secure payment gateways, and SR Shopy does not intentionally store your complete card or banking credentials.

All applicable product prices, taxes, delivery charges, COD charges, and other fees will be shown during the checkout process wherever applicable. Please review the order summary carefully before completing your purchase.
